MONDAY, March 21st
We arrived at school. The headmaster of the
school gave us a welcome speech and a couple of students from the school gave
us a singing performance. Then we went to have some snacks and had a break.

We presented all the
work we had done on our topics and then we visited Felgueiras City Hall. Finally, in
the afternoon, the Portuguese students presented their games on the topics.

TUESDAY, March 22nd
We left for the city of Guimaraes in the
morning. We were split into two groups. One group went to Guimaraes castle and the Duke's Palace and the
other one to the science centre.
At the science centre we were also split into
two groups. One group made a hanging garden using recycled materials and the
other went on a tour around the centre.The tour contained a robotics
workshop and a recycling workshop where they showed us how they use bottle caps to make
keyrings.

We had a lunch break in the shopping centre nearby. After lunch we
had time to go shopping. After that the groups switched activities. After both groups had
visited both places we had more time to go shopping. After that we went back to
school and the school day ended there.

WEDNESDAY, March 23rd
We went to Porto. A variety of attractions and landscapes were seen. We got
to spend the rest of the day in our own groups eating and shopping.

THURSDAY, March 24th
We went to Braga. We
went sightseeing. We had time to go shopping and eating for couple hours.

of the day was spent at a science center where we coded and extracted DNA from a kiwi fruit.

In the evening we went to a pizzeria with everyone to watch a football game. It
was Turkey against Portugal. Portugal won 3-1.
FRIDAY, March 25th
On Friday, we learned to make games ourselves,
and then we presented them to the others. By playing the games, we tested what we
remembered about the topics of the project.

We went to a restaurant to have a farewell lunch. We also danced and then we finally got our certificates.
